Rowland and Frisk win Championship at Bay of Green Bay

Brant Rowland and Nick Frisk win the Wisconsin High School State Championship with an impressive weight of 21lb 2oz. Brant and Nick also took home the prize for Big Bass, 2 Lew’s reels, with a fish that weighed 4lb 11oz.

Coming in 2nd place was Reece Keeney and Trace Yeager with 12lb 6oz.

Finishing in 3rd place was Sam Gremban and Brady Beyer with 11lb 2oz.

Lowe and Lee win Michigan State Championship at Lake Houghton

Congratulations to Michael Lowe and Shea Lee, Lakeland Eagles, taking 1st place at the Michigan High School Fishing Championship with 13lb 4oz.

The team of Matt Mosby and Gus Deitrich, Powers Catholic Bass Team, came in 2nd place with 12lb 3oz.

Rounding out the top 3 teams was Cougar Fagan and Derek Rodriguez, A1 Angler Development, with a weight of 12lb even.

Melcher and Huewe win Minnesota High School State Championship

The Minnesota SAF State Championship was held Tuesday, July 7th on Lake Minnetonka. The team of Gavin Melcher and Logan Huewe from Elk River Elks came in 1st place with 19lb 9oz.

Taking 2nd place, from Lakeville Fishing Team, was Nehemiah Glenn and Joe Gorman with a weight of 17lb 13oz.

Taking 3rd place was Tommy Parker and Zach Dostal, from Minnetonka Skippers with 17lb 11oz.

Finishing in 4th place was Easton Fothergill and Nick Dumke, Grand Rapids Thunderhawks, with 17lb 7oz.

The Lew’s Big Bass award went to Tanner Paumen and Mason Nevala with a bass that weighed 4lb 14oz.

The top 4 teams from this event will be eligible to compete in the 2021 National Championship at Lake Hartwell in Anderson, South Carolina. For full results of this event Click Here.
