Decker and Carpenter Outdistance the Field to win the Colorado High School State bass Fishing Championship
Peter Decker and Trevor Carpenter of Pine Creek High School put together a winning pattern Saturday to win the Colorado Student Angler Federation High School State Bass Fishing Championship.
The winning team who are both seniors this year had a five fish limit that weighed 7 lbs and 13 oz. to claim the second annual event. “I am just ecstatic,” said Peter Decker after the win. “I put a lot of time and practice into this tournament and I am very happy that all of the hard work paid off. Riles & Wilkinson Named 2012 Mississippi HS Fishing State Champs

Mississippi High School Students were invited to attend the 2nd annual TBF Student Angler Federation High School Open Championship that was held on the Tennessee Tom Big-Bee River, Columbus pool. Students signed up via online registration @ highschoolfishing.org to compete in the event. Anglers were required to fish as as teams in a pick your partner format tournament.
