Kyler Chelminiak, 17, has always loved the outdoors.
The Whitnall High School senior, who lives in Franklin with his mother Mary, father Kevin and brother Shayne — and the family’s four dogs (three deceased) — have made the outdoors a pivotal part of their lives.
So it should come as no surprise that Kyler recently earned a $48,000 scholarship to Bethel University in Tennesee, half for academics and the other half for him to compete on the school’sBassCats fishing team. Continue reading
