Iowa High School Fishing State Championship Set for June 9 on the Mississippi River

Federation2012

*** LAKE/RIVER UPDATE 6/3/13 ***

Due to high water conditions on the Mississippi River we will be moving the Iowa High School State Championship scheduled for June 9th to Lake Geode which is located at:

Geode State Park
3333 Racine Ave.
Danville, IA 52623

We will be using Ramp #1 which is the one closest to the dam.

The registration time and rules meeting will remain the same as posted on our original Press Release. (Only the location address will change)

Lake Geode is a no wake lake but is not horsepower restricted. The fishing is good and it is the best option for this event under the current conditions.
