The 2022 SAF Virginia High School State Championship was held on March 5th at Smith Mountain Lake.
Konnor Sweet and Blaine Miller with Lebanon High School took 1st place with 8-56. Coming in 2nd place was the Southwest Select team of Thai Tatum and Brenton Powers with 6-69. Taking 3rd place was Aydin Knapp and Justin Humphrey from the Southern Outcast club with 4.51.
Congratulations to Konnor and Blaine for their 1st place finish. They will advance to the 13th Annual High School Fishing World Finals and National Championship to be held June 22-25 on Pickwick and Wilson Lakes in Florence, AL.
