South Dakota High School State Championship set for August 3

PONCA CITY, Okla. (July 9, 2013) – The Bass Federation (TBF), in partnership with FLW, is excited to host the 2013 Student Angler Federation (SAF) South Dakota High School Fishing State Championship on Saturday, August 3. The event will be held on Lake Mitchell launching out of the park ramp on the west side of Lake Mitchell off of Harmon Drive.

The state championship is a two person team event for students in grades 9-12. Registration for anglers and their “coach,” who will provide the boat they compete in, is online at HighSchoolFishing.org. Check-in is at 6:15am CST on Saturday, August 3 at the park launch ramp with rules briefing and tournament to follow.  We highly encourage all teams to pre-register online in advance to avoid late registration fees. Michigan High School State Championship set for September 15 * Date Update

PONCA CITY, (July 8, 2013) – The Bass Federation (TBF), in partnership with FLW, is excited to host the 2013 Student Angler Federation (SAF) Michigan High School Fishing State Championship on Sunday, September 15. The event will be held on the Detroit River launching out of Elizabeth Park Marina.

The state championship is a two person team event for students in grades 9-12. Registration for anglers and their “coach,” who will provide the boat they compete in, is online at HighSchoolFishing.org. Check-in will be at the BFL weigh-in trailer at 4pm, Saturday, September 14 at the Elizabeth Park Marina launch ramp with rules briefing to follow.  We highly encourage all teams to pre-register online in advance to avoid late registration fees.
