Due to high water conditions on the Red River the 2015 SAF Louisiana High School State Championship will move its tournament to Sibley Lake in Natchitoches. The event dates will remain the same with registration being held at Northwestern State University on Saturday March 28^th at 4:00pm to 5:30pm. The Rules meeting will immediately follow the Registration period. All teams are encouraged to register on line at highschoolfishing.org.

The tournament takeoff will move to the two Sibley Lake public launch facilities and the launch details will be given to each team at registration. Take off time will remain at 7:00am on Sunday March 29^th.

The event weigh-in will move to Natchitoches Central High School with the scheduled time moving to 3:30pm for those interested in watching the teams weigh-in.

All remaining event details will be discussed at the registration/rules meeting at Northwestern State as well as all of the anglers and their coaches being treated to dinner at the meeting.

DELTA TEEN TEAM of Oakley, California is hosting a Student and Junior Angler tournament on the California Delta on 19 April, 2015.  The tournament is OPEN to Student (Student Angler Federation) Teams AND Junior Anglers who are active members of TBF/CBF.  The tournament will be held at Sugar Barge R.V. Resort and Marina located at 1440 Sugar Barge Road, Bethel Island, CA 94511.

Registration deadline is 6am tournament morning.  Blast off will be at safe light and when everyone is launched and ready.  Weigh in will be at 1:00 PM with tournament results, awards, picnic to follow.

Entry fee is $20.00 per angler/$40.00 per team.
Launch fee on tournament morning will be paid from entry fee money.
Registration deadline is Sunday morning 6am, 19 April, 2015.

The purpose of this tournament is to offer Student and Junior Anglers an opportunity to fish the Delta.
It will be a good opportunity to pre-fish for the State Championships held on the Delta this May.

Anglers must have a boater who is at least 19 years old and not in High School.  I will arrange for as many volunteer boaters as possible but they will be limited.  For those anglers/teams needing boaters it is important to pre-register as boaters will be provided as available.  Boaters willing to boat for this event please call Barry Sterud 925-584-6868.
