Texas Student Angler Conducts Fishing Seminars

Texas Student Angler Federation member, Reed Neuberger recently conducted fishing seminars at his local Bass Pro Shop in Grapevine, Texas. He will be conducing more in the future at various locations.

Neuberger is a great advocate of our sport and organization as many young anglers asked him how he got started! When he wasn’t on the platform, he was able to work the aisle and talk to customers one-on-one about fishing lures, techniques and getting involved in this sport in general!

Along with the tank seminars, he assisted with a “kid fish” program outside which allowed young anglers a chance to fish and catch a few perch. He had a great time with them!

Reed has been active the past few years with the Student Angler Federation and has even started his own fishing club called “A&M Consolidated Bass Team” located in College Station. They have 8 active club members. Reed has competed in the High School Fishing World Finals and SAF Texas State Championship for 2 years.
