Connecticut anglers, Anthony Ferraiolo & Ryan Kusmit, came to Paugus Bay Marina on Lake Winnipesaukee, in New Hampshire and won the High School Northern Conference Championship. The anglers bested the field with a nice five fish limit weighing 10-08 pounds. Anthony & Ryan said they caught lots of fish throughout the day.

They primarily used a couple of baits that accounted for their success. They used a drop shot rig and a jig in waters anywhere from 15-25 feet deep. For their efforts they will advance to the National Championship next spring.
Just a few ounces behind the winners were the team of Bradley Gauldin & Austin Carter from the Chatham Cavaliers in Virginia. Their limit of fish weighed 9-12 pounds. Rounding out the top three were the team of Michael Morrissey & Julian Burgoff from the Massachusetts SAF Club. They brought 9-06 pounds to the scales.

Steck and Lorenz battled through a very tough bite, which left may of the TBF Adult Divisional anglers who fished the lake during the week baffled, on their way to catching two fish that weighed in at 4lbs 12oz to take the win. Wessner and Hechler used one big bite to catch a 3lb 5oz keeper that sealed their ticket to the big dance as all the teams battled through tough weather and constantly changing conditions during the day.
